Bodies were brought to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, according to witnesses and medical sources
The Israeli army shot and killed three Palestinian detainees shortly after their release on Saturday evening in Al-Sudaniya area, northwest of Gaza, witnesses and sources said.
Their bodies were brought to the Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.
More information on the release of the detainees was not immediately available.
Israel has continued a devastating offensive on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, killing more than 43,500 Palestinians and rendering the enclave almost uninhabitable.
Israel faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its actions in the blockaded enclave.
