Team Giannis vs. Team LeBron to square off against each other on Feb. 17 at Charlotte's Spectrum Center
The All-Star Draft show was televised on Thursday evening in the NBA as top vote-getter LeBron James named Kevin Durant as his first overall pick.
The captain of rival team Giannis Antetokounmpo chose Durant's teammate Stephen Curry in his first pick as the draft unfolded one-by-one.
In the first round of the draft, the team captains selected the announced starters, while they named the reserves in the second round.
In the third round, LeBron and Giannis picked Wade and Nowitzki, who were announced as special additions to the All-Star Game by NBA commissioner Adam Silver.
