A ginger cat strayed onto the football field as Bayern Munich eliminated Beşiktaş in UEFA Champions League's Round of 16 tie on an 8-1 aggregate.
The furry player was first spotted around the corner flag before it pounced into the action in Vodafone Arena in Turkey’s Istanbul.
The cat dodged security and made it onto the pitch and into the match. English referee Michael Oliver was forced to stop play, and the furry player leaped over advertisements boards and out of sight.
Bayern fans overwhelmingly voted for the ginger cat as the Man of the Match as it immediately became a fan favorite.
The German club Bayern Munich defeated Beşiktaş 3-1 on Wednesday evening to qualify for their seventh straight quarter-final appearance in the tournament.
