'It is always good to have a little bit of discipline,' Spanish midfielder Isco says
Luis Enrique, the coach of Spain's national football team, has begun imposing new rules on players which include a cell phone ban during meals.
Enrique also warned players not to spend time on playing cards or video games.
The players will not also be free during afternoons after the training in the team's camp.
"It is always good to have a little bit of discipline," Spain's midfielder Isco told about the strict rules.
"Not having cell phones during meals seems like a good idea to me. A lot of times we are more focused on the machines instead of communicating and speaking with our teammates," he added.
Enrique was named coach of Spain after the early exit in 2018 World Cup tournament.
Spain will play against England in the UEFA Nations League on Saturday.
