A meeting on Afghanistan may possibly take place in Moscow late October, according to the Russian presidential envoy to Afghanistan on Friday.
Zamir Kabulov did not exclude the possibility of a meeting being organized in the Russian capital when he was asked a relevant question.
The previous meeting was meant to be held in Moscow in September but was cancelled due to changes in the Afghan government.
