Following the dissolution of the opposition leader Ousmane Sonko's party PASTEF in Senegal, the people have revolted against the pro-France government. Sonko, an outspoken critic of France, declared, "While France may not be the sole source of all our troubles, it is high time for France to remove its grip from our throats.
